Charles Stratford is a journalist, filmmaker, producer and writer with more than two decades of experience reporting from some of the world's most complex and consequential stories.
His work has taken him across the Middle East, South Asia and beyond, covering conflict, politics, humanitarian crises and social change with a focus on clear, accurate and human-centred storytelling.
For much of his career, Charles reported for Al Jazeera English, where he produced television journalism from the front lines of international news. Working in challenging environments, he has covered everything from armed conflict and political upheaval to elections, migration and human rights.
Today, Charles is available for international reporting, documentary filmmaking, field producing, editorial consulting and long-form storytelling. Based out of Bangkok - available world-wide.
